As a longtime listener of the Dangerous History podcast my ears perked up when host CJ Killmer did an episode on Harry Anslinger. Knowing his propensity to take deep dives into subjects & historical figures I was surprised that episode was only an hour long. So I invited him on the show to expound on his episode a bit and talk about the man behind the initial war on cannabis. Full disclosure. We may have gotten side tracked and talked about economic policy, central planning, US foreign adventurism and civil liberties. Ya know. Just run of the mill libertarian stuff. Enjoy!
